Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships with customers. This role is critical to our success—you’ll be the bridge between our customers and technicians, helping guide the service process and ensuring a top-tier experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
Listen to customer concerns and clearly communicate service recommendations.
Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance.
Keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and accurate information.
Recommend additional services based on vehicle needs.
Ensure complete and accurate customer and vehicle records.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Handle necessary paperwork and documentation.

Requirements:

Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Positive, energetic attitude.
Sales mindset with a focus on customer trust and satisfaction.
Automotive knowledge preferred.
Previous customer service experience preferred (sales experience a plus).
Valid driver’s license.
