Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships with customers. This role is critical to our success—you’ll be the bridge between our customers and technicians, helping guide the service process and ensuring a top-tier experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Listen to customer concerns and clearly communicate service recommendations.
  • Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance.
  • Keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and accurate information.
  • Recommend additional services based on vehicle needs.
  • Ensure complete and accurate customer and vehicle records.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
  • Handle necessary paperwork and documentation.

Requirements:
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, energetic attitude.
  • Sales mindset with a focus on customer trust and satisfaction.
  • Automotive knowledge preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred (sales experience a plus).
  • Valid driver’s license.
