Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships with customers. This role is critical to our success—you’ll be the bridge between our customers and technicians, helping guide the service process and ensuring a top-tier experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
- Listen to customer concerns and clearly communicate service recommendations.
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance.
- Keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and accurate information.
- Recommend additional services based on vehicle needs.
- Ensure complete and accurate customer and vehicle records.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Handle necessary paperwork and documentation.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, energetic attitude.
- Sales mindset with a focus on customer trust and satisfaction.
- Automotive knowledge preferred.
- Previous customer service experience preferred (sales experience a plus).
- Valid driver’s license.
